		<description>It was pretty unstable and risky for my core, I think. Very unpredictable movement. I am going to try using some heavy bands to lift the db. That should alleviate any swing that causes me to almost fall forward/backward like the hook did.</description>

		<description>I've tried something similar to the power hook dumbbell thing before using dumbbells attached to chains. It's very jarring and I'm not sure benefits out weigh the possible injury. Your's sounds a bit safer than my setup though.</description>
