Current Routine
My current routine is being managed by Chris Grayson of GTS Performance. Besides being an amazing strength coach and authority on all things related to strength training, Chris is a good friend and my current training partner. This blog is about my journey back to health and well being, which for me, means being big and strong. With that in mind, my current routine is designed to be rewarding and fun - big lifts, big gains, big fun.
