Front Shoulder Raises:

Lateral Raise - dumbbells:

Barbell Shrugs(Each rep paused for at least 3 seconds):
115x15x1
115x12x2
115x20x1
Front raises, 2 second rest, Lat raises, 2 second rest, Shrugs, 1 minute rest
Duration: 20 minutes
