Why’s It So Heavy

I was in Lexington KY over the weekend and I picked up the Stretch Deck from a local bookstore for $5.00.

Spent 20 minutes or so doing the whole body stretch routine, damn I’m stiff.

and on the seventh day I rested…..(from exercise)
