    Unfortunately the walk through the neighborhood was due to there being to much tension in the house. Thanks for the link one of the reasons for starting yoga was to help me find some inner peace and I really need to get back into it.

    Yeah there’s prayers involved and sometime you have to trust that there’s a bigger plan in place. I do appreciate your thoughts they do help and at the end of this journey I know I’ll be a happier and better person.
