I’m sure a professional would make this look much smoother, use more weight and not give the cat a concussion.
I bought Robert dos Remedios’s new book “Power Training” and this is one of his “Rotational” exercises. I finding out that I lack mobility when it comes to twisting.
The book lays out approx 32 weeks of full body workouts and I hate putting together programs on my own so for $20.00 it’s a deal.

    sidenote: my doc/chiro told me that twisting is one of the worst things you can do for your back (uncontrolled and what-not) so be careful with those! :)

    Yeah thanks for the advice I kinked my back up ( laying on the floor kind of bad ) a couple of years ago and basically my doctor gave me the “You are over 40 years of age what the hell are you doing” lecture, so since then I have really been conscious of form and I quit doing those Bosu Ball single leg squats LOL…..
