Overhead Squat PVC Tube 2 x 10

Front Squat:
95×12x3

Chin Ups:
BWx6×3

Bench press - barbell:
135×12x2
140×12x1

Power Clean:
95×12x1
105×12x2

Back Extension:
BWx12×3

Incline Bench Press:
105×12x2
115×8x1

Second time squatting since groin pull. Took it real slow noticed strength loss in my left ham & glute. Plan to take it session by session. Next time back squats off of a box.
