		<description><![CDATA[Starting this off after absolutely wrecking my body to drugs and alcohol and smoking.  Was very active before.  So have to work my way back up again.  lol.  First few months are going to be cardio and core strength training and then by 6 month I&#8217;ll get into lifting again.
