Short warmup.
Unequipped Squats(worked up to 365×5x1, 385×5x2, then hit the 405 on my last set. Tough but not too tough.):

Walking Zercher Lunges(Last set I pulled something inside my right thigh. Not bad but I am icing to be cautious.:
70×26x3
Cut workout short due to pulled muscle. Will complete the rest tomorrow.
