Archive for June, 2008pretty easy workout. sternum is getting really inflammed lately, dont know what the cause is, but im gonna have to back off on chest work for a bit. bench press - barbell: pullups: Duration: 35 minutes ok workout row machine - 25 min: DB shoulder press: Duration: 40 minutes good workout. harder to complete than it looks. front squats: Duration: 25 minutes good workout stairmaster - machine 10 min: bench press - barbell: lying hamstring curl: seated DB press: barbell curl: OH cable extensions: finished with ab work and treadmill Duration: 60 minutes included in the cardio stuff was 10 minutes on a rowing machine, which i liked immensly. gonna see if golds has one of these, had a massive pump in my back once i was done. cardio stuff 35 min: cable rows: dumbell shrugs: lateral raises: lat pulldowns: Duration: 60 minutes ok workout treadmill - 30 min: swiss ball crunches(lol): reverse grip smith press: incline bench press: dumbell curl: tricep pushdown - rope: Duration: 60 minutes ok workout DB shoulder press: bent over rows - barbell: lateral raises: lat pulldowns: reverse pec dec: Duration: 40 minutes this was more of a workout just to burn some excess energy more than anything. i wasnt really going for weight on front squats, just trying to get a little volume/higher reps in.
