Okay the past few months have been great. I have dropped somewhere in the neighborhood of 45+lbs and am just getting started. I weigh in every Monday in the morning on an empty stomach on the same scale to ensure weight fluctuations (due to fluids or food) are kept at a minimum so I can get a more accurate measurement. I have some progress pics, while they are not the greatest I am proud of the progress I have made. Today is the start of a 14 day DNP cycle. (for everyone who does not know what it is, it is a very dangerous substance that I do not recommend anyone trying unless proper research and safety precautions). Also I want to point out that I already have had my diet in check for 3+ months, I feel like before you try to use aids in fatloss you need to have your diet right, abs are made in the kitchen end of story. Below is the start of my journey to be healthy, November 28th was the day I decided I needed to make a change, it was my emotional rock bottom.

Last weigh in on 2/28/2011 was 198lbs. I am hoping this cycle will take me into the 180s, my goal is to be at 165-170 at 10%bf which I dont think is too hard of a goal. I have yet to worry about a long term goal because I do no truly know my BF% and feel that when I get to 170 I will have to reevaluate my plans. I plan to compete at powerlifting and MMA at 155lbs. I am in the process of getting my gym lifts back to where they were in hgih school (~350 bench, 500 squat, 500 deadlift) that would make me competitive if I could put those numbers up. Its a long road but I got nothing but time.

BTW Do not email or ask about a source for DNP, this log is for personal tracking, I am not advertising.

Been on hiatus for quite a long time. I had surgery on a hernia in my stomach that put me out for quite awhile. As I slowly watched myself get more and more out of shape I lost all motivation. But, I finally started getting my shit together and finally got back in the gym this week. My university has a brand new state or the art gym…..that I will not be using. Instead I have been allowed access to my good friends garage gym where I can go back to the caveman style of training I loved. There is heavy bags, speed bags, jump ropes, dumbbells barbells, medicine balls…pretty much anything you would need to get in great physical shape without the hassle of waiting on some asshole to get done doing bicep curls in the squat rack. Right now my weight it back to 231 which is absolutely pathetic and over the next few months I hope to be able to get that number down to sub 200. Wish me luck

Been out for quite awhile. I lost my membership to the gym, but I will be getting it back very soon. I also made some good friends who compete professionally as well as amatuer in MMA and am set to start training soon. I am looking to have my first fight in April or May, I will keep everyone updated
